Warranty
Rosy Retreats services are covered by the consumer protection standards provided by Australian Consumer Law (ACL) in compliance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
1. Service Guarantees: The services provided by Rosy Retreats are guaranteed to:
- Fulfil the expectations agreed upon during the pre-service consultation.
- Be performed with professional skill and care, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and industry standards.
2. Consultation Process: A pre-service consultation is required to outline and confirm client needs, expectations, and desired outcomes, and estimated time required. Rosy Retreats guarantees to provide at least the minimum number of hours booked. Any additional hours will be charged at the agreed hourly rate.
3. Accurate and Timely Information: All information provided by Rosy Retreats is accurate at the time of delivery and relevant to client needs. Any advice or recommendations are based on the best available information at the time.
4. Reasonable Care and Responsibility: Rosy Retreats takes reasonable precautions to handle client property with care and to prevent loss or damage to client property during the decluttering and organising process. However, Rosy Retreats is not liable for damage or loss resulting from factors beyond its control, pre-existing conditions of client belongings, or accidental incidents—unless due to gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
5. Service Availability: Service availability will be subject to Rosy Retreats’ schedule and discretion. While every effort is made to meet requested times, availability is subject to prior bookings, and Rosy Retreats reserves the right to reschedule services in cases of unforeseen circumstances.
Clients whose rights under Australian Consumer Law are not met may be entitled to a remedy, which could include rescheduling or a refund.
