Consultation Process

Prior to starting any service, a consultation will take place to outline and confirm your expectations, required outcomes, and estimated service time. Rosy Retreats guarantees to provide at least the minimum number of hours booked, and any additional hours will be charged at the agreed hourly rate.

Accurate and Timely Information

Rosy Retreats ensures that all information provided is accurate at the time of delivery and relevant to your needs. Any advice or recommendations will be based on the best available information at the time.

Reasonable Care and Responsibility

Rosy Retreats takes every precaution to prevent loss or damage to your property during the organising and decluttering process. However, Rosy Retreats is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from factors beyond our control, or by prior existing conditions of your belongings.

Service Availability

Service availability will be subject to Rosy Retreats' schedule and discretion. While Rosy Retreats aims to meet requested times, availability is subject to prior bookings, and we reserve the right to reschedule services in cases of unforeseen circumstances.

 

If you believe your rights under Australian Consumer Law have not been met, you may be entitled to a remedy, which could include rescheduling or a refund.
